Dishwashers
3 months restaurant DISHWASHER experience preferred.
Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Ability to work in elevated temperatures and a wet environment.
Continuous bending, reaching and twisting.
Servers
Our servers enjoy working in a fun, family oriented and fast paced environment. Our servers are accustomed to going that extra step in building relationships with our customers, delighting guests with our menu selections.
Provide fast, fun and friendly service to guests while creating an "at-home" environment.
Take food orders accurately and deliver orders in a timely manner
Understand when something isn't quite right and be able to fix the problem for the customer
Elevate concerns to management appropriately
Line Cooks
Under the direction of the Back of House Management Team, our Line Cooks:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g chopping vegetables, butchering/slicing meat, or preparing sauces)
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served Answer, report and follow Executive Chef, General Manager or Kitchen Managers instructions Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures.
